Cirque Normandie – Cowfold, 08/05/10

THE SHOW: Cirque Normandie is a small show which usually plays schools and such like, so it is lovely to get to see it in a town playing to the public.

The show featured superb moon ariel act from Nina Mack who also performed a great foot juggling act. Her costumes were superb and looked great as ring mistress too. Clowning was from Tolly and another clown who had great rapport with the kids both during and before the show. Great to see so many willing volunteers from the children wanting to take part in their acts. Good to see Pippa (and Shane??) from Happys Circus last year on the show doing escapology, trapeze and diablo. There was also a great hula hoop act, juggler and contortionist.

Overall a great little show for tickets at £8.00.

HOUSEKEEPING: Usual food and novelties for sale, recorded music. Nice touch of artists at the door to say goodbye after the show and clowns speaking to the kids before the show.
